Mark Freeman & Associates was established by Mark Freeman to bring together a number of trusted associates who could offer not-for-profits and charities sound professional and practical advice at senior management level. We have a range of experience and backgrounds enabling delivery of exactly what clients require - we can provide background solicitors, independent stategic advisors, chartered accountants and MBAs as part of our team.

Our clients range from small charities to well known household names. We have recently undertaken due diligence for a merger, assisted in setting up a shared services operation, and finalised the restructuring of an investment portfolio, resulting in improved performance and reduced volatility. Over the past year we have turned around a charity from losing £100,000 to generating a surplus of £50,000 whilst improving its focus and direction.
