 Implemented £5m and €17m investment portfolios, achieving a higher total return.

 Reversed the fortunes of a charity by implementing a change programme that delivered a £123k surplus (2012 audited accounts) which, during the two previous years had suffered deficits.      

 Merged two charities and sold a property to increase the balance sheet by £1.2m.

 As a non-executive supported the development of an improved customer service function within a 5,500 unit housing association.

 Reviewed the service delivery operation for a £30m turnover care services provider, documenting their service function processes, and setting out recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
